Questions about sewer line repair
Do you have to dig up my whole yard?
No. We locate the damaged section first so the excavation is limited to that area. Full line replacement is a different conversation and we only recommend it when the whole line is failing.
How do you know exactly where the break is?
A sewer camera with a locating transmitter. We can mark the spot and the depth on the surface before a shovel touches the ground.
Is a sewer repair covered by insurance?
Sometimes, depending on cause and policy. Damage from roots is often excluded. It is worth calling your carrier before work starts.
How long does a spot repair take?
Most are a one day job including excavation and backfill, assuming reasonable depth and no surprises underneath.
