1. We look before we quote
We find the actual cause rather than treating the symptom. On commercial plumbing in particular, the visible problem and the underlying problem are often two different things.

You get the repair price before we start. If the honest answer is that a repair will not hold and you are better off replacing, we say that, even though the repair would be the easier sale.
