Where we work across East Texas

Two bands, and we are honest about both

We run out of Kilgore and cover a lot of East Texas, but not all of it the same way. Residential work stays inside roughly 75 miles. Commercial and industrial work runs out to about 150 miles.

That split exists because response time means different things to different customers. When a supply line lets go in a house, the difference between a plumber twenty minutes out and one two hours out is measured in how much of your flooring survives. We are not going to promise a homeowner in the far end of our range something we cannot deliver.

Commercial and industrial work is a different situation. It is usually scheduled, or the cost of downtime is high enough that the drive is worth it to both of us. For a facility with a pump failure stopping production, a licensed Master Plumber two hours out who actually shows up beats a closer one who cannot take the job.

Below is every county we cover, marked with which kind of work applies. 82 of our 110 towns fall inside the residential band.

Call and ask

The towns above are where we work most, but they are not a fence. East Texas has a lot of communities too small to appear on a list like this, and we get to plenty of them. If you are somewhere in the region and not sure whether we come that far, the fastest answer is to call (903) 570-3051.

If you are outside our range we will say so rather than string you along, and where we can we will point you toward somebody who can help. That happens more often than you might expect, and we would rather spend a two minute phone call being useful than take a job we cannot serve well.

Why we publish the boundary at all

Most contractor websites list a service area designed to capture searches rather than describe reality. The map is as big as the ambition, and the homeowner two hours out finds out the hard way that nobody is coming. We would rather the page tell you the truth so you can make a decision with real information.

It also keeps us honest internally. When a job comes in from the far end of the range, the question is not whether we want the revenue, it is whether we can genuinely serve it well. Publishing the line makes that easier to hold to.
