Commercial Hydro Jetting in Kilgore and across East Texas
High pressure scouring for grease-heavy and high-volume commercial lines.
What brings people to this page
Snaking your commercial line only buys a few weeks before the next backup.
How we handle it
In commercial kitchens and high volume facilities, buildup coats the entire pipe wall. Jetting restores the full diameter of the line instead of punching a channel through the middle of the grease. We camera before jetting to confirm the line can take the pressure, and after to show you the result.
Signs you need commercial hydro jetting
- A commercial kitchen line that clogs on a cycle
- Grease visible in the line on camera
- Reduced drainage across an entire branch
- Odor from floor drains
- Scale buildup in older cast iron
If any of that sounds like what you are dealing with, get in touch and we will take a look. You can also call (903) 570-3051 any hour of the day.
What actually happens when you call us out
1. We look before we quote
We start by figuring out whether this is a one time blockage or the symptom of something structural. Clearing a line without asking why it clogged is how you end up calling a plumber every few months.
2. You get a real number
You hear the price before we start, including whether a camera inspection is worth adding. We will tell you when it is unnecessary rather than tacking it onto every job.
3. We do the work
We clear the line mechanically or with jetting depending on what is in it, working from the right access point so we are not pushing the problem further down the system.
4. We check it and clean up
After the line is open we confirm proper flow and, where it matters, show you what is going on inside the pipe so you can decide about longer term repairs with real information.
What changes the price on commercial hydro jetting
Commercial commercial hydro jetting pricing depends heavily on the building and on when the work can happen. The main factors:
- Building access and whether work has to happen outside operating hours.
- How many units, floors, or tenant spaces the work affects.
- The condition and age of the existing system.
- Permit and inspection requirements, which are stricter on commercial than residential.
- Whether the work needs to be phased so the property keeps operating.
We will not list a price on this page, because anybody who quotes commercial hydro jetting sight unseen is either guessing or planning to change the number later. What we will promise is that you hear the real figure before we start, and if something unexpected turns up mid job we stop and talk to you rather than adding it to the invoice quietly.
Why it is worth doing properly
A line that clogs repeatedly is telling you something, and treating it as a recurring inconvenience rather than a symptom is how a cleanable problem becomes a sewer replacement. Clearing it properly and finding out why it happened is what keeps this from becoming an annual expense.
What you get from a small shop instead of a big one
Odyssey is deliberately small. That is not a limitation we are apologizing for, it is the entire point. When you call about commercial hydro jetting, you are talking to the people who will actually be at your property, not a dispatcher reading from a script and not a rotating roster of subcontractors who have never seen your building before.
It also means we cannot afford a bad job. A large outfit can absorb a handful of unhappy customers a month and keep running on advertising spend. We cannot, and we do not want to. Nearly everything we do comes from somebody who used us before or from a neighbor who told them to call. That is a much harder standard to meet than a marketing budget, and it is the reason we would rather talk you out of unnecessary work than sell it to you. You can see photographs of real jobs we have finished rather than stock images of somebody else’s pipe.
Why people keep our number
Honest diagnosis
We tell you what is actually wrong, including when it is smaller than you feared and the invoice is smaller with it.
A real price first
You hear the number before we start. If we open a wall and find something neither of us expected, we stop and talk to you.
Work that holds
Licensed Master Plumber work, done to code, cleaned up after. If something we installed fails in warranty, we come back.
A veteran-owned shop out of Kilgore
Stephen Crutchfield started Odyssey Plumbing Co in 2022 because he had watched other plumbers in East Texas treat customers badly: work sold that was not needed, prices that changed between the front door and the invoice, jobs left half cleaned up. He built this company to be the opposite of that.
Stephen is a licensed Master Plumber and holds a Water Protection Specialist certification, and he is the one who answers the phone when you call. We are veteran-owned, we are local, and our name is on every job we finish. Read more about how we got started or look at photos of actual work.

Questions about commercial hydro jetting
How often should a restaurant jet its lines?
Many kitchens do well on a six to twelve month interval. Heavy fryer use may need it more often.
Is jetting safe on old cast iron?
Only if the pipe is sound, which is why we camera first. Jetting a cracked line is how you turn a maintenance job into a replacement.
Can you do it after hours?
Yes, and for most restaurants that is when it makes sense.
Will it fix a grease trap problem?
It cleans the lines, but an undersized or unmaintained trap will keep causing problems. We will tell you if that is the root cause.
Do you provide before and after camera footage?
Yes, on request. It is the clearest proof that the work actually did something.
Prefer to talk it through?
Call and talk to Stephen directly. He is a Master Plumber, not a call center, so you get a straight answer from the person who will do the work.

Tell us what is going on and we will chart the job before we ever show up, so you know roughly what to expect.
