We start by figuring out whether this is a one time blockage or the symptom of something structural. Clearing a line without asking why it clogged is how you end up calling a plumber every few months.

Every house is different, and anybody who quotes hydro jetting over the phone without seeing it is telling you something about how they do business. Here is what genuinely moves the number:
- How accessible the work area is. A crawlspace or a slab is a very different job than an open utility closet.
- The condition of the surrounding system. Sound existing pipe makes a repair simple, corroded pipe means we are working carefully around fragile material.
- Materials and any equipment the job requires.
- Whether a permit and inspection apply, which they do more often than people expect.
- How much of the problem turns out to be behind what we can see from the start.

Questions about hydro jetting
Is hydro jetting safe for my pipes?
In a sound line, yes. In a line that is already cracked or badly corroded it can cause damage, which is exactly why we camera first instead of jetting blind.
How is it different from snaking?
A cable punches through a clog. Jetting washes the pipe wall clean, so buildup does not immediately re-collect at the same spot.
How often would I need it?
Most homes never need it. Houses with heavy grease use or recurring root intrusion sometimes benefit from it every few years.
Does it handle tree roots?
It cuts and flushes roots well, but roots come back through whatever opening let them in. Long term you may need a spot repair or a liner on that section.
Can you jet a commercial kitchen line?
Yes, and that is one of the most common places it is genuinely necessary. We do commercial hydro jetting on a scheduled basis for some accounts.
