How fast can somebody get here?
For an active emergency like a burst pipe or a sewer backup we move as fast as we can and tell you honestly when someone will arrive. For non urgent work we usually schedule within a couple of days.
Do you answer the phone after hours?
Yes. We are reachable 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A real person picks up, not an answering service that takes a message and hopes somebody calls you back.
What information helps when I call?
Where the problem is in the house, roughly when it started, and whether water is actively running or backing up right now. If you can shut off the supply to the fixture, do that first and then call.
Do you serve my town?
We work about 150 miles out from Kilgore, which covers most of East Texas. If you are not sure, call and ask. We will tell you straight rather than waste your afternoon.
Can I get a price over the phone?
For simple, well defined jobs sometimes yes. For anything involving a leak, a sewer line, or something behind a wall we need to look at it, because guessing on the phone is how people end up with a number that changes later.
