Not sure which one you need? That is normal, and it is not your job to diagnose it. Describe what is happening and we will tell you what it actually is, or call (903) 570-3051 and talk it through.
Why the list is this long
Plenty of plumbing companies advertise four or five services and subcontract anything outside that. We would rather do the work ourselves, which means the list of what we handle is genuinely long: residential emergencies at two in the morning, commercial grease lines that need jetting on a schedule, industrial pump systems where a failure stops production, and walk-in tubs for people who want to stay in the house they raised their kids in.
The through line is that Stephen is a licensed Master Plumber with a Water Protection Specialist certification, and everything on this page is work he is qualified to stand behind. We are not padding a service list to look bigger in search results. If you call us about something genuinely outside what we do, we will tell you that and point you toward somebody who can help instead of taking the job and figuring it out on your time.
The same standard on every one of them
Whichever service brought you here, the process does not change. We look at the actual problem before quoting it. You get a real number before any work starts. If we open something up and find a surprise, we stop and talk to you rather than adding it quietly to the invoice. The work gets done to code, tested, and cleaned up after, and if something we installed fails inside its warranty we come back and make it right without an argument.
That is not a remarkable promise. It is roughly what everybody expects from a plumber and roughly what a lot of people in East Texas have not been getting, which is the whole reason Stephen started this company in 2022. You can read more about how that came about, or look through photographs of actual jobs we have finished if you would rather judge the work than the sales copy.
Prefer to talk it through?
Call and talk to Stephen directly. He is a Master Plumber, not a call center, so you get a straight answer from the person who will do the work.
